Now, what's new?
Surfin on the Internet again, are you?
Sometimes you just realize how using the internet can waste your time, as we all might know. Not just lately we had the felling of somehow overdoing the whole internet thing. Of course we are not saying that it isn't fun, but like so many things that are considered fun activities, the internet has a strong tendency to turn you into an addict. Therefore we try to keep it analog and back to basics as often as possible and go digital when necessary, or when the opportunity arises. On the other hand it seems that the Internet is a synonym to marketing, whether it be profiling your persona, or promoting your “party". We don't want to appear as not being thankful for the opportunities the internet is giving us as well as everybody else. It is so nice and easy to make contacts throughout the world and we think everybody should make use of it as a platform. But on the other side we see everything we do based in the "real world" and there is nothing better than actually meeting all the people we've just been in contact via email till then. It's way more than just a nice side effect of djing that you meet so many new people from all across the world slowly building up a creative and inspiring network across the world, which again is also due to the fact that it's just way more easy being able to use the internet. Of course we are “on the net” (sometimes too much) but this presence is mostly a minor matter of us trying to be creative in the real world.
So what's the point we are trying to make here:
Basically we are just saying we do the internet and we use the technical devices in all their diversity. But for us the real fun happens somewhere else. When we play records it is about the possibility of expressing our feelings, sharing our inspirations, communicating with others and simply havin a good time. So if you read this, let us meet out there, lets talk, lets dance and do all the other things that make our lives worth while.
